Message bodies are kept only long enough to be useful and are purged after 30 days. What remains is the action, the summary and the message details — subject, sender and date — so the trail behind an action survives without holding your mail indefinitely. Analysis runs on Anthropic's commercial API, which does not use your data to train models. Your data sits in a dedicated database in the Asia-Pacific region, encrypted in transit and at rest.
