Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Aegis Project Management Office ("Aegis", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your visit to our website and use of our services is secure.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact our privacy officer at info@aegispm.com.au.
Security of your personal information
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) with industry-standard encryption to transmit sensitive information submitted through our website. Once information reaches our systems, it is accessible only to authorised Aegis personnel.
How we use your personal information
We use the information you provide (such as name, company, email and phone number) to respond to your enquiries, provide the software and services you request, and communicate with you about your account or project. We do not use this information for any unrelated purpose.
We may also use information in aggregate, de-identified form — for example, to understand overall site usage — in a way that does not identify you individually.
Who we share your personal information with
We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not provide outside access to our contact lists.
We will not release your personal information to third parties except where required by law, or to the extent necessary to deliver the services you've requested (for example, a CRM or scheduling platform we use to manage client relationships). Any third party we share information with is required to keep it confidential and use it only for that purpose.
Collection of your personal information
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details you provide about your organisation's projects. We retain this information for as long as needed to provide our services, or until you request its deletion by contacting info@aegispm.com.au.
Cookies, website analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used — which pages people visit, how they arrived, and which pages are actually useful. To do that, Google Analytics stores small files called cookies in your browser (named _ga and similar) which assign your browser a random identifier. That identifier lets us count returning visits without telling us who you are, and we do not combine it with your name, email address or anything else you give us.
Google Analytics does not report your IP address to us. We use what it does report only in aggregate, as described above.
We also advertise on Google. If you reach this site from one of our ads, Google's conversion tracking stores cookies in your browser (named _gcl_ and similar) so that Google can report back that an ad led to an action here — starting a trial, completing the Project Health Check, or sending us an enquiry. This tells us which ads are worth paying for. It reports to us in aggregate and does not tell us who you are.
You can refuse or delete any of these cookies at any time in your browser's settings, or by installing Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This website works normally without them. You can also control how Google personalises the ads you see at myadcenter.google.com.
We do not sell information collected this way.
Other services this website relies on
Loading a page here involves a small number of third parties. In each case only the information necessary to deliver that function is involved:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser type as part of that request.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — as described above.
- HubSpot — the platform we use to manage client relationships. If you complete the Project Health Check, submit the contact form, or book a walkthrough, the details you give us are stored in HubSpot so we can respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Netlify — our website host. As with any web host, its servers keep routine request logs, including IP addresses, for security, troubleshooting and keeping the site available.
The contact form and the Project Health Check post to Aegis's own server rather than to a third-party form provider; from there, as noted above, the details are recorded in HubSpot.
The free tools at aegispm.com.au/tools are an exception worth stating plainly: they run entirely in your browser. Any schedule file, risk register or figures you enter are never sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing you put into them is stored on a server. Some of them save your work in your own browser's local storage so a page reload does not lose it; clearing your browser data clears it.
