Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aegis website, software and services ("Aegis", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, subscribing to our software or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Aegis provides project controls software — the Aegis Command — supplied on a subscription basis, including portfolio dashboards, earned-value and schedule analysis, risk registers and reporting. The software is operated by you and your team.

We also offer optional advisory and reporting services, such as director review of reports and project controls advisory, purchased separately from the software subscription. The specific scope of any such engagement is set out in a proposal or agreement with that client.

Use of our website

You may use our website to learn about our software and services, complete the Project Health Check, start a trial, and arrange a walkthrough. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with its normal operation.

Project Health Check tool

The Project Health Check is a self-assessment tool intended to give a general, indicative view of your organisation's project management maturity based on your own answers. It is not a substitute for a full audit or professional advice, and Aegis makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the result for your specific circumstances.

Client engagements

Where you engage Aegis to provide advisory or reporting services in addition to a software subscription, those services are governed by the specific agreement entered into between you and Aegis, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

Annual subscription promotion — free tablet

These clauses apply to the promotional offer of a free tablet with an annual Aegis subscription (the "Offer"). They form part of these Terms and apply in addition to them. Where the Offer clauses conflict with the rest of these Terms, these clauses apply to the Offer only.

1. Promoter and offer period

  1. The promoter is Aegis Project Management Pty Ltd, ABN 48 699 174 653, of Level 1, 63–73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (referred to as "Aegis", "we" or "us").
  2. The Offer opens on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Sydney time on 1 December 2026, or earlier when available stock is exhausted, whichever happens first.
  3. The Offer is limited to available stock. We may withdraw, suspend or vary the Offer at any time. Withdrawal does not affect an eligible subscription already paid for before the withdrawal takes effect.

2. Who is eligible

  1. The Offer is available to a customer who, during the offer period, starts a new annual Aegis subscription, or converts an existing monthly subscription to annual billing, and pays the full 12-month subscription amount in advance.
  2. The customer must be an Australian business with a valid ABN, and must supply an Australian street address for delivery. The Offer is not available for delivery outside Australia, and not to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
  3. One tablet per customer organisation, identified by ABN — not one per subscription, per project, per user or per plan. An organisation holding more than one subscription receives one tablet in total.
  4. The Offer is not available on monthly subscriptions, during the 14-day free trial, or on any subscription that has not been paid in full.
  5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other Aegis promotion, referral benefit or negotiated discount unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. What you receive

  1. Eligible customers receive one Lenovo Idea Tab 11 tablet, model ZAFR0827AU (11″ 2.5K, 4GB RAM / 128GB storage, with pen, Luna Grey), recommended retail price $379 including GST (the "Device").
  2. Colour and configuration are subject to availability and are not chosen by the customer. If the Device becomes unavailable, we may supply a substitute product of equal or greater recommended retail value.
  3. There is no cash alternative, and the Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for a discount, credit or reduction of the subscription price.

4. Delivery

  1. The Device is dispatched only after the full annual subscription payment has cleared.
  2. We aim to dispatch within 10 business days of payment clearing. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  3. Risk in the Device passes on delivery to the address you supply. It is your responsibility to give us a correct and complete delivery address.

5. If the subscription ends early

The Device is supplied on the basis that you hold an annual subscription for its full 12-month term. This clause sets out what happens if that does not occur, and you should read it before taking up the Offer.

  1. If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of its 12-month term, or the subscription is terminated by us for non-payment or breach of these Terms, and you have received a Device, you agree to either return the Device to us in its original condition and packaging at your cost within 14 days, or pay us the recommended retail price of the Device set out in clause 3.1.
  2. Where you choose to pay rather than return the Device, we will issue an invoice. We will not charge a stored payment method for that amount without your consent.
  3. Nothing in this clause requires you to return or pay for a Device where the subscription ends because of a failure by Aegis to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, or where we cancel or materially change the service.
  4. Annual subscriptions are paid 12 months in advance and, other than as required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing, are not refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-term.

6. Warranty, tax and liability

  1. The Device carries the manufacturer's warranty. Aegis is not the manufacturer, and warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer or its authorised service agent.
  2. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Offer clauses excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and nothing here limits any right you have under that law.
  3. You are responsible for any tax consequence of receiving the Device for your own business, and should obtain your own advice. Aegis is not liable for your tax treatment of the Offer.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, Aegis is not liable for any loss arising from delivery delays, the unavailability of stock, or the performance of the Device itself.

7. Privacy

  1. We collect your delivery address and contact details for the purpose of fulfilling the Offer, and handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may disclose them to the carrier or supplier delivering the Device.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and the Aegis name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Aegis and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aegis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the Project Health Check tool. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
